Als Werkstudent (all genders) im Bereich Produktion und  Continuous Improvement wirkst du gezielt dabei mit, unsere globalen Produktionsstandorte effizienter, digitaler und smarter zu gestalten.

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Moderation von Lean-Management-Workshops (z. B. Wertstromanalysen, 5S, Kaizen). Sowohl direkt in der Produktion als auch im administrativen Bereich.
  • Du arbeitest an Projekten zur Digitalisierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse mit und hilfst dabei, Smart-Factory-Lösungen und Industrie 4.0 in den Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren.
  • Du erstellst und überarbeitest kreative Schulungsunterlagen und Best-Practice-Guidelines, um den CI-Gedanken global zu verbreiten.
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres globalen Produktionssystems und Einbringung eigener Ideen für innovative Standards.
  • Durch regelmäßige Trackings und Erfolgskontrollen stellst du gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg*innen sicher, dass unsere Veränderungen langfristig wirken und Erfolge messbar bleiben.

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Du studierst Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder einen vergleichbaren technisch ausgerichteten Studiengang.
  • Du brennst für Lean Management und hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen mit Lean-Methoden oder in der Produktion gesammelt.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Industrie 4.0 und hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge in der Fertigung und Logistik.
  • Der Umgang mit MS Office (Excel und PowerPoint) fällt dir leicht und idealerweise sind auch Datenanalyse-Tools nicht neu für dich
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick und bringst dich als flexible und kommunikationsstarke Teamplayer*in ein.
