YOUR ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment processes and helping us attract top talent. Together with your team, you will work on exciting projects in various industries.
 

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with diverse teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Actively contributing to the success of projects by assisting in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Building strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyzing complex challenges and finding efficient, innovative solutions.
  • Supporting additional responsibilities as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

At Capgemini Engineering, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Is familiar with recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
