About the Role

 

Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting the Electronics Product Marketing team in current strategic initiatives. This individual will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience with multiple functions of marketing, including channel, brand and digital marketing, while working for a global consumer products company. Must be available to work onsite in our Lake Forest office 3 days a week for our hybrid schedule – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Will be remote Mondays and Fridays.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Level-up our commercialization assets on a variety of our electronic products
  • Through data analysis, help identify Ecom product opportunities and setup new SKUs to compete in that space
  • Support product team on NPI launches including developing launch materials, coordinating commercialization asset development and SKU documentation creation
  • Help identify low performing SKUs and lead end of life process
  • Establish cadence between customer service and product marketing to prioritize voice of consumers
  • Help conduct multiple research surveys regarding customer feature hierarchy and content preferences
  • Help identify areas of the website that need to be cleaned up and improved
  • Help identify product mix improvements in retail stores
  • Help create collaboration process between Channel marketing and Product marketing, establishing priorities and accountability on progress
  • Provide additional support on special projects as assigned

 

Education and Experience Profile

  • Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in Marketing / Business
  • Previous internship or related experience in marketing or communications is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
