Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week
Period of Stay at Cemex: 6 months, with the option of renewal

Detailed Description of the Project

Project Objective:
Support Cemex University Leadership Programs and Academies.

Challenges for the Student:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage commitments with program stakeholders.
• Build relationships with people from different cultures as part of planning and development activities.
• Influence the development of organizational talent.
• Support the development of business capabilities within global teams.
• Demonstrate the value generated by Cemex University programs.

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out:
• Configure learning experiences on digital platforms.
• Follow up with participants.
• Create data analysis and dashboards.
• Support presentations and program databases.
• Ensure that learning experiences meet optimal quality standards to guarantee results.
