Your Key Responsibilities

As a Change Management & Communication Intern, you will support key projects focused on organizational change and internal communication within our region. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, working closely with leadership and project teams to help drive change initiatives and foster effective communication throughout the organization. You will be involved in various individual and team tasks including workshop support, administrative duties, content creation, and media development. 

  • Support change management activities on different projects by assisting with scheduling, note-taking, and documentation during workshops and meetings. 
  • Assist in preparing internal communication materials (e.g., newsletters, emails, presentations).
  • Help develop visual communication materials such as infographics, short videos, or podcasts to engage employees.
  • Collaborate with team members and other functions to support implementation of change strategies.
  • Perform light administrative and coordination tasks to keep projects on track.
  • Learn from and contribute to leadership discussions on change management and communication approaches.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields).
  • Little to no professional experience is required, but some exposure through academic projects, volunteering, or internships is a plus.
  • Basic understanding or interest in organizational change, communication, or leadership development is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for creating engaging communication content and learning new digital tools.
