About the Role

MAKEUP EDUCATION ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
STARTING : JULY 2026 for 6 months 

 

We’re looking for an intern to join our Global Education Team based in Paris. As part of the team, this person will support the daily work of the Makeup Global Senior Education Project Manager. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Your main focus:  

  • Design Makeup training tools for each launch. 

  • Create mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile application. 

  • Ensure deadlines, delivery and implementation of the assets, and constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication.  

  • Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshops, international seminars, virtual trainings). 

  • Work in synergy with other Global Makeup 360 teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital and Trade Marketing).

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

You are a makeup/beauty junky, innovative, rigorous, retail-oriented and a good team player. As an Education Assistant Project Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: 

  • Are a Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university. 

  • Ideally have a previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education. 

  • Are an excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written.  

  • Are passionate about beauty & specially about makeup. 

  • Are creative, open-minded, enthusiast, agile and flexible. 

  • Have good communication and presentation skills. 

  • Are digital savvy.
