About the Role

Department: HR – Learning & Development | Location: Esch-sur-Alzette | Contract: Internship (starting July 2026)

 

 


Your tasks

 

 

We are seeking for a motivated intern looking forward to gaining practical experience in in our Learning & Development team. As an intern you will get the opportunity to work on different topics:

 

 

  • Digital:
    • You create content with our internal tools (EasyGenerator)
    • You are in charge of the content mapping for our internal catalogues and LinkedIn
    • You publish our Learning News of the week

 

  • Event coordination
    • You support in coordination for facility and event management for our different initiative

 

  • Learning Catalogue
    • You share your ideas for promoting our existing courses
    • You review and updates our catalogue
    • You will assist in the organisation of our language courses
    • You search for new courses aligned with our mapped competencies

 

  • Others
    • You support co-funding reimbursement
    • You review internal L&D processes (also in collaboration with other departments)

 

 


Your profile

 

 

  • You are enrolled in a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
  • As a team player, you can collaborate and support external and internal partners.
  • You have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German. The knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset.
