Mission (About the Role)

The Business Operations Intern will assist the sales team in managing day-to-day operations, preparing quotations, coordinating the sales cycle, and supporting customers in their digital transformation journey. This role will also involve training customers on the company’s sales portal to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

What will you do?

  • Assist the sales team with daily operations including documentation, quotation preparation, and order processing.
  • Support in managing and following up on the full sales cycle..
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requirements.
  • Provide support to customers in adopting digital tools and solutions offered by the company.
  • Contribute to sales reports and analysis to support business growth.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support the sales and operations team.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related field.
  • Skills/Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in sales operations, customer service, and digital transformation.
