About the Tamheer Opportunity:
This Tamheer opportunity provides practical exposure, professional development, and real-world business experience within a collaborative and growth-focused environment. 
 

The Program Objectives:

  • Identify actual skill and specialization needs in alignment with labor market requirements.

  • Develop a structured training plan focused on enhancing trainees’ practical and professional competencies.

  • Provide a professional work environment that enables trainees to gain meaningful hands-on experience.

  • Assign a direct supervisor to monitor performance, provide guidance, and conduct periodic evaluations.

  • Engage trainees in real tasks and projects that add professional value.

  • Assess training outcomes and evaluate trainees’ readiness for the labor market.

  • Support employment opportunities upon completion of the program, subject to the availability of suitable vacancies.

 


Program Requirements:

  • The candidate must be a Saudi National

  • The candidate should not be currently employed 

  • Must not have previous Tamheer participation.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.

  • Good communication skills 

  • Fast Learner
