About the Role

Your mission

Boardwise is an innovative SaaS company that helps organizations optimize their leadership teams and boards through data-driven decisions. We are growing rapidly and looking for a dedicated Student Intern in Recruiting (f/m/d) to support our team in recruiting talent for both Go-to-Market and Tech roles.

Your Responsibilities
As a Recruiting working student, you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract outstanding talent for our company. Your tasks include:

  • Job Postings: You will be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Application Screening: You will assist with the initial screening of applications and perform preliminary assessments to identify the best talent.
  • Screening Calls: You will conduct initial calls with candidates to assess their suitability for the respective position and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordination with Hiring Managers: You will work closely with hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
  • Active Sourcing: You will help us identify and engage with suitable talent for open positions through targeted research and outreach – for both Go-to-Market and Tech roles.
  • Onboarding of Interns: You will be the point of contact for our interns, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported in their role.


Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a study program (ideally in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field).
  • You have already gained some experience in recruiting (preferred).
  • Ideally, you have experience with AI-based tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • You are a communicative personality and enjoy interacting with people.
  • You are independent, structured, and bring strong organizational skills.
  • You have experience with MS Office applications.
  • Fluent German and English skills (both spoken and written) are required.
  • You can work at least 15 hours per week and are ideally available for at least 6 months.
