About the Role
<h2 id="your-mission">Your mission</h2>
<p>Boardwise is an innovative SaaS company that helps organizations optimize their leadership teams and boards through data-driven decisions. We are growing rapidly and looking for a dedicated <strong>Student Intern in Recruiting (f/m/d)</strong> to support our team in recruiting talent for both Go-to-Market and Tech roles. </p>
<p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong><br>As a <strong>Recruiting working student</strong>, you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract outstanding talent for our company. Your tasks include: </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Job Postings:</strong> You will be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.</li>
<li><strong>Application Screening:</strong> You will assist with the initial screening of applications and perform preliminary assessments to identify the best talent.</li>
<li><strong>Screening Calls:</strong> You will conduct initial calls with candidates to assess their suitability for the respective position and ensure a positive candidate experience.</li>
<li><strong>Coordination with Hiring Managers:</strong> You will work closely with hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment process.</li>
<li><strong>Active Sourcing:</strong> You will help us identify and engage with suitable talent for open positions through targeted research and outreach – for both Go-to-Market and Tech roles.</li>
<li><strong>Onboarding of Interns:</strong> You will be the point of contact for our interns, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported in their role.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="your-profile">Your profile</h2>
<ul>
<li>You are currently enrolled in a study program (ideally in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field).</li>
<li>You have already gained some experience in <strong>recruiting</strong> (preferred).</li>
<li>Ideally, you have experience with <strong>AI-based tools</strong> and <strong>ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)</strong>.</li>
<li>You are a communicative personality and enjoy interacting with people.</li>
<li>You are independent, structured, and bring strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>You have experience with <strong>MS Office</strong> applications.</li>
<li><strong>Fluent</strong> <strong>German and English</strong> <strong>skills</strong> (both spoken and written) are required.</li>
<li>You can work at least <strong>15 hours per week</strong> and are ideally available for at least <strong>6 months</strong>.</li>
