About the Role

About us

MyParcel is a fast-growing e-commerce logistics platform. After successful growth in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are expanding to Italy. To support our go-live in early 2026, we are looking for a hands-on intern who will help us with marketing, sales and customer research for the Italian market.

Your role

You will be part of an international project team and take responsibility for a broad range of activities. This internship allows you to directly apply your practical knowledge of marketing, sales and go-to-market strategies in a real international expansion project.

 

Primary tasks & responsibilities

  • Translating and localising website, help centre and marketing content
  • Conducting market and competitor research in Italy
  • Testing and optimising onboarding flows and FAQs for Italian customers
  • Supporting the creation of Italian sales materials (presentations, one-pagers)
  • Assisting with PR and social media activities aimed at the Italian market
 
 
 

Secondary tasks & responsibilities

  • Creating lists of potential customers and partners
  • Supporting the setup of customer outreach via email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Making initial contact with local partners and industry organisations
 

Who are we looking for?

  • You are fluent in Italian and have a good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
  • You are independent, proactive and hands-on
  • You are enrolled in a HBO or WO programme in marketing, sales, communication or business administration
  • You have an interest in e-commerce, digital platforms and international growth
  • You are comfortable taking initiative and engaging directly with customers and partners
