Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised &gt;USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong Seed round - are pushing hard into new regions.</p> <p>Now we need a hungry working student. Someone who wants to own &amp; reshape operational recruiting processes. If you want to take on high responsibilities from day one - read on.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p>You’ll be working together with our Head of People and co-own the recruiting process end-to-end!</p> <ul> <li>Draft, publish, and manage job postings across multiple platforms.</li> <li>Review incoming applications, identify strong fits, and move fast through the recruting process.</li> <li>Conduct top-of-funnel interviews and assess candidates for skill and culture fit.</li> <li>Prepare offers and contracts, coordinating signatures and onboarding.</li> <li>Own the candidate experience - keep it fast, personal, and smooth.</li> <li>Ensure tight communication loops and fast feedback for every applicant.</li> <li>Take full responsibility for the recruiting process from first contact to signed offer.</li> </ul> <p>You’ll work directly with the founding team and our hiring managers. You’ll see first-hand how a start-up scales – and play an active role in making it happen.</p> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p>You’re not just “interested” in HR – you actually <em>like people</em> and <em>want to get things done</em>.</p> <ul> <li>First hands-on experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations.</li> <li>Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).</li> <li>Currently enrolled in a university and available for at least 6 months (ideally longer).</li> <li>Passionate about the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.</li> <li>Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented - you don’t wait for instructions.</li> <li>Motivated to learn inside a fast-scaling, high-intensity start-up.</li> <li>Comfortable with working on-site.
