About the Role

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of the Career Kitchen Program, we are looking for recent graduates in Engineering to join our Production Planning Department for a 6-month program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support all steps of production planning process,
  • Assist in tracking basic data via SAP and learn to interpret reports,
  • Help prepare production and stock performance reports,
  • Support monitoring SKUs/materials,
  • Learn to coordinate with Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams,
  • Collect feedback and maintain accurate records,
  • Support tracking of planning KPIs, including stock accuracy, service levels.

 

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferred),
  • Available to work 5 days per week,
  • Good command of English,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus,
  • Eager to learn, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills,
  • Residing on the European side of Istanbul.
