About the Role

 

Brisa Group is looking for a talented Management Systems Intern to join our Sustainability Team.

 

As a Management Systems Intern, you will support process improvement initiatives, assist in certification activities, and collaborate with different teams to help ensure the efficiency and compliance of our Management System.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Continuously assess process performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Management System;
  • Collaborate with process managers to propose and execute plans for the development and optimization of organizational processes;
  • Provide support for the implementation of new certifications and accreditation processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with certification requirements and standards;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in management systems.

 


Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-Bologna Master's Degree (completion is mandatory) in management or Engineering.  Management System background is a plus.
  • Proven track record management systems assurance or management system roles;
  • Interest in innovation, digital and compliance advancement;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and support the implementation of effective solutions;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization;
  • Fluency in English, French is a plus;
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude.
