About the Role

Raytec Vision offre l’opportunità di ospitare laureandi/laureati per un tirocinio. Siamo alla ricerca di un/una giovane da inserire nel team Sales, con l’obiettivo di supportare le attività di back office, analisi dei dati commerciali e preparazione della reportistica a supporto delle attività di vendita.

 

Tasks

  • Supporto operativo al team Sales e alla Direzione Commerciale nelle attività di back office (layout AutoCAD, Test in Raytec, stesura presentazioni Power Point...);
  • Raccolta, aggiornamento e controllo dei dati commerciali (clienti, offerte, ordini);
  • Preparazione di report periodici a supporto di analisi interne;
  • Gestione e aggiornamento di file e report in Excel;
  • Supporto alle attività amministrative e organizzative dell'ufficio commerciale;

 

Qualifications

  • Laureando/a o laureato/a in Ingegneria, Economia e Management, Business Administration o similari;
  • Conoscenza di Power Point, Excel (tabelle, formule, gestione dati). La conoscenza di AutoCAD 2D è considerata un plus;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Precisione, affidabilità e buone capacità organizzative;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla comunicazione con altri reparti.
