About the Role

Dein Arbeitsgebiet

Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Group Compliance bietet sich dir die herausragende Möglichkeit zur Orientierung bei der Berufswahl im Rahmen einer anspruchsvollen Praktikumstätigkeit, welche dir Einblicke in die Praxis und die Dynamik des Kapitalmarktes sowie wertvolle Erfahrungen in einem innovativen Unternehmen bietet. Die Hauptaufgabe der Abteilung ist die Überwachung des gesamten Compliance-Risiko Profils der Gruppe Deutsche Börse und aller Geschäftsbereiche. Entwicklungen, die die Interessen der Gruppe Deutsche Börse gefährden könnten, werden so identifiziert und geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen ergriffen. Werde ein aktiver Teil dieses Prozesses - wir bieten dir abwechslungsreiche, interessante und natürlich herausfordernde Aufgabenstellungen mit kollegialer Unterstützung!

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du hilfst bei der jährlichen Compliance Kontrollplanung, sowie der kontinuierlichen Aktualisierung und Anpassung gemäß interner Vorgaben
  • Du begleitest das Team bei der Umsetzung von Projekten und übernimmst projektbezogene Aktivitäten im Rahmen der Entwicklung von Compliance-Tools
  • In deiner Schnittstellenfunktion lernst du unterschiedliche Gesellschaften der Deutsche Börse Gruppe kennen
  • Du unterstützt das Team in der Erstellung von Online-Schulungen
  • Du analysierst und bewertest aktuelle Compliance-Themen und erstellst dazu Berichte
  • Neben diesen spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich viele Insights in Projekte im Compliance Bereich (Regulation, Geldwäsche, etc.) 

 

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist während der gesamten Tätigkeitsdauer an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule als ordentlicher Studierender immatrikuliert und hast mindestens 4 Semester abgeschlossenen (Studienschwerpunkt im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht)
  • Du hast Interesse am Bankwesen sowie an Kapital- und Aktienmärkten
  • Du bist leistungsbereit und besitzt die Fähigkeit zum unabhängigen Arbeiten
  • Genauigkeit sowie gute Organisation gehören zu deinen Fähigkeiten
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwendungen (speziell PowerPoint und Excel)
  • Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
