OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production & Supply Planning Intern to assist our supply chain team in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to our production facilities and eventually to customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and supply chain operations to gain real-world experience and contribute to the success of a growing brand. 

The Alo internship programs starts June 8th to July 31st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Commerce office. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist Production: Help track purchase orders and ensure products are delivered on time. 
  • Assist Supply Planning: Vendor Forecasting, Lead Times & Capacities. 
  • Data Entry: Update and maintain records for supply chain ERP Data. 
  • Communicate with Vendors: Support the team in contacting suppliers to check on order status and handle any delays. 
  • Improve Processes: Help identify areas where we can make our supply chain more efficient. 
  • Support with Sampling 

REQUIREMENTS             

  • Currently pursuing a BA in Fashion Business Management or a related field 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once 
  • Natural self-starter and problem solver with a growth mindset 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • A team first mentality with a positive attitude 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office; excel, powerpoint, outlook 
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication, and basic Excel skills. 

The compensation for this position is $25 per hour.
