What You'll Do: · Recruiting Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including resume screening reviewing
Other Duties & Responsibilities:· Benefit Invoice Processing: Ensure timely and accurate handling of benefit-related invoices. · Purchase Order Processing: Manage and track purchase orders in alignment with company policies. · Unemployment Claims & Training Coordination: Support unemployment claims processing and assist · Employee Handbook Development: Collaborate on updates and contribute innovative ideas to · Scanning & Filing: Perform regular scanning and filing of documents to maintain organized and · Cross-Border Access: Operate with full access to HR systems and documentation for both U.S. and Note: This does not exclude responsibilities not specifically stated that may become apparent

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience: · High school diploma or GED equivalent; currently pursuing · 1+ year experience in customer service, administrative support, or HR support role.
Minimum Qualifications – Skills & Abilities: · Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). · Ability to prioritize work and adjust priorities as needed. · Superior organization and follow-up skills. · Ability to work with and maintain confidential information with discretion. · Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn. · Results-drive with strong attention to detail. · Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in a professional manner (verbally and written).
Hourly Range: $18-$20/hour |
