Good 2 Go Stores is looking for an HR Intern that can dominate in recruiting! Your position will work fast and furious to help us staff for the upcoming summer rush. Your interviewing skills will be put to the test by recruiting store managers, store associates, and other positions within the organization. Of course, we will need help with benefits, organizational development, HR administration, and other HR projects to help round out our team for a few months. So, if you are psyched about HR and ready to jump in, come join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
The HR Intern will primarily be focused on:
Ensuring successful recruitment and interviewing of qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions.
Assisting with sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and supporting offer processes to match candidates to business needs.
Training and supporting individual store managers on the HRIS system.
Partnering with payroll to ensure time-off requests, time punches, and timecard approvals are accurate and completed on time.
Assisting in coaching store managers on hiring best practices and applicable state and federal employment laws.
Supporting onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance, W-2 access, and employment verifications.
Maintaining the HR scorecard and contributing to initiatives aimed at reducing turnover.
Conducting exit interviews and employee check-in interviews.

Have participated in HR-related coursework or projects through an internship that gave you real-world experience.
Are seeking a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
