About the Role
Praktikant (m/w/d) in der Konzernrechtsabteilung - Schwerpunkt Vertrieb

Was Sie erwartet

Spannende Einblicke in nationale und internationale Vertragsarbeit im Vertrieb sowie Mitarbeit an anspruchsvollen Rechtsprojekten mit direktem Bezug zum Vertrieb.

  • Rechtsprüfung und -bearbeitung von Verträgen im Vertrieb (Schwerpunkte: Zivil-, Werkvertrags-, Dienstleistungsvertrags-, Produkthaftungs- und Gewährleistungsrecht)
  • Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Bearbeitung von Compliance-Fragen und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen mit rechtlichem Bezug
  • Recherche zu aktuellen rechtlichen Themen sowie Erstellung von Gutachten und ansprechenden Präsentationen (PowerPoint)


Sie bringen mit

  • Studium im Bereich der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht
  • Interesse am Vertrags- und Vertriebsrecht; idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung oder relevante Projekte
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Rechtschreibung und Ausdruck sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
  • Proaktive Kommunikation, Lernbereitschaft und souveränes Auftreten in Meetings
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint, Word), Grundkenntnisse in KI-Tools
