About the Role

Am Standort Wolfertschwenden suchen wir dich für unseren Geschäftsbereich Corporate HR:

Startdatum: 01.09.2026

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Als Praktikant (m/w/d) übernimmst du nach einer Einarbeitung selbstständig das Bewerbermanagement und unterstützt uns über den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess hinweg
  • Das Schalten von Stellen, die Sichtung von Bewerbungen und die Terminkoordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen gehören dabei zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.Außerdem erstellst du regelmäßige Reports von HR-bezogenen Daten
  • Du unterstützt im Active Sourcing-Prozess durch Identifizierung und Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten über verschiedene Online-Plattformen, soziale Medien und Universitätsnetzwerke
  • Die Mitarbeit bei Recruiting-Projekten, wie z.B. Social-Media Kampagnen runden dein Aufgabengebiet ab

 

Dein Profil:

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbares
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Prozessorientierung sind Deine Stärken.Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert und Du bringst Themen zielgerichtet zum Abschluss
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen runden dein Profil ab
  • Du hast Lust Deine Ideen einzubringen, etwas zu bewegen und Spaß mit anzu"packen"
