Stellenbeschreibung

  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Wafer‑Level‑Messungen
  • Statistische Analyse von Bauelement- und Schaltungsparametern
  • Charakterisierung zentraler Leistungskennwerte (z. B. Schwellen­spannung, Einschaltwiderstand, Verstärkung, Schaltverhalten)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung strukturierter Datensätze für Zuverlässigkeitsmodellierung
  • Visualisierung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse für interne Berichte und wissenschaftliche Publikationen
  • Beitrag zur Verbesserung von Mess‑zu‑Modell‑Datenpipelines

Qualifikationen

Studenten der Fachbereiche Mikroelektronik, Mikrosystemtechnik, embedded engineering, Physik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnlichen Studenrichtungen.

Verständnis von Halbleitern und elektronischen Schaltungen, MOSFET, analogen und digitalen Schaltungen.

Programmierkenntnisse, z.B. mit Python, sind vorteilhaft. Erfahrungen mit Schaltungsdesigns sowie im Umgang mit Cadence oder ähnlichen tools sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Generelles Interesse an Elektronik, an der Durchführung von Messungen.
