Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain purchase orders
  • Follow up on supplier delivery performance
  • Prepare quotations for our Spare Parts Sales team
  • Handle purchasing tasks for specific projects
  • Communicate with our production facilities in Slovakia, the Netherlands, China, and the US
  • Coordinate global shipments of small part orders

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both Danish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively both in person and virtually
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office tools

Educational Background:

  • Minimum: HHX, STX, or HF
  • Preferred: Enrolled in a vocational education program (EUD) within trade or commerce
