We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Intern who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. What You’ll Do:

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System

• Schedule and perform phone screens

• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy

• Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups

• Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline

• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development

• Interest in startups

Compensation: The salary for the Human Resources Intern is 700 USD monthly gross.
