You will work alongside experienced lawyers and project teams, contributing to commercial, risk, compliance and project support matters while growing your professional skills.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></span></p><p>We’re seeking a motivated Legal Trainee who is eager to learn, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high‑quality legal support. This role is suitable for someone who is:</p><ul><li><p><span>Curious and proactive about building practical legal skills in a commercial consulting environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Committed to professional development and ongoing learning</span></p></li><li><p><span>Respectful, accountable and able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>What you will do</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Assist with the preparation, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, consultancy agreements, confidentiality agreements and procurement documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support due diligence, compliance reviews and risk assessments for projects and corporate activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitoring procedures, processes, and requests filed with public institutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies and internal compliance procedures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support in </span>the <span>administration of legal matters, including file management.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>What You Bring</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>Law student in the 7th - 8th semester, progressing toward degree completion and with interest in future admission to practice.</p></li><li><p><span>High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated academic ability and interest in commercial law, contracts and compliance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, practical advice and commercial documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office.</span></p></li><li><p><span class="fui-Primitive ___11tzqds f1oy3dpc f89hs3r fqtknz5 fyvcxda">Desirable experience in prior internships or similar activities.</span></p></li><li><p>Portuguese is desirable.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p>Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd.
