BECI's internship program gives you practical building envelope consulting experience—and while not guaranteed, the internship may provide an opportunity to learn more about potential future roles within the organization.


No prior experience required—just bring your willingness to learn!



Potential Opportunities to Learn and Do

Interns will be exposed to and gain hands-on learning opportunities across the following activities. Responsibilities may include observing, shadowing, assisting, and supporting team members under supervision, with opportunities for increased independence as skills and experience develop.


  • Attend planning meetings with clients and project teams
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing construction documents
  • Conduct field investigations and complete inspection reports
  • Perform field testing per industry standards
  • Develop electronic data and project documentation
  • Pursue continuing education to build your industry knowledge
  • Maintain project experience records and manage scheduling
  • Work toward office goals with your supervisor and team


Compensation:

Hourly rate starting at $15.00 per hour, plus applicable overtime rates for qualifying overtime hours.
