Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Join us for an exciting summer!  We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Financial Planning team as a intern.

 

As a Financial Planning intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting knowledge management initiatives and financial operations within a corporate environment. This role offers exposure to process documentation improvement, cross-team collaboration, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities while contributing to projects that improve efficiency and organizational knowledge sharing.

 

In this role, you will support and help lead a knowledge management project by assessing existing documentation, identifying gaps, and helping develop a roadmap for improvements. You will also assist with fixed asset audit activities and gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of the FP&A team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and help lead a department-wide Knowledge Management project
  • Assess current work instructions and process documentation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct interviews, benchmarking, and research (including AI-supported methods) to help define solutions
  • Assist in developing a roadmap to improve and standardize documentation
  • Support physical asset audit walks with the Fixed Assets team
  • Gain exposure to FP&A daily tasks and support financial analysis activities as needed
