About the Role

Job Summary: 

Barton & Gray Mariners Club is looking to add another dynamic individual to join our Member Services team to assist our Club Members with yacht reservations, curated outing experiences, and high-touch customer service. This position is based out of Portsmouth, NH and is not a remote position. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Member communications via phone, text, and email

  • Scheduling Member outings via proprietary Club software

  • Planning for and ensuring a pleasant, fun experience

  • Organization of catering orders with preferred vendors

  • Making restaurant and dock reservations and handling other member requests

  • Harbor destination research and updating databases

  • General administrative duties as necessary

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

  • College degree or related experience

  • Hospitality experience a plus

  • Competence in Macintosh applications or willingness to learn
