About the Role

Construction Intern
Location: Chicago, IL /  Dallas, TX.


We are seeking a motivated Construction Intern to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of commercial construction, including Project Management, Estimating, VDC, and Field Operations. This is a broad, high-impact internship designed to provide exposure to the full project lifecycle while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support active projects with documentation, scheduling, and coordination

  • Assist with take-offs, budgeting, and preconstruction efforts

  • Participate in model coordination and field observations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-time project needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Interest in commercial construction and team-based environments
