About the Role

    

Stagiaire Pré-HEG Ressources Humaines

 

Au sein de l’équipe des ressources humaines à Nestlé Research, vous apporterez du support aux RH Business Partners et fournirez un soutien opérationnel aux différents processus du cycle de vie des employés, de l’acquisition et développement des talents, de la gestion de la performance et de la formation et travaillerez sur différents projets en ressources humaines.

 

Descriptif des activités :

  • Maintien et suivi des dossiers personnels et des données dans les systèmes SAP et Success Factor
  • Collaboration avec l’équipe RH opérationnelle Employee Services concernant les différents processus du cycle de vie des employés (transfert interne, prolongation et fin de contrat, retraite, jubilaire, promotion, augmentation de salaire, congé maternité, etc.)
  • Elaboration de rapports de données RH en fonction des besoins et vérification de données 
  • Support aux collaborateurs sur différentes questions RH
  • Préparation des sessions annuelles Talents et Performance avec les RH Business Partners (organisation des meetings, communication, préparation des supports de présentations)
  • Préparation et organisation des sessions mensuelles Welcome Session et Welcome Visit
  • Support à l’organisation des évènements dans l’entreprise
  • Support sur la communication interne
  • Gestion de projets en autonomie ou en support à l’équipe des ressources humaines

 

Connaissances requises :

  • Langues : Très bonnes connaissances d’anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Qualités : Organisation, orientation service et résultat, esprit d’équipe, ouverture et curiosité, souci du détail
  • Aisance avec les systèmes informatiques
