Core Responsibilities
The apprentice will learn to understand the composition and development of lubricants, including manufacturing them on a laboratory and pilot scale, and optimizing their properties through experimentation and analysis. Responsibilities also cover planning and executing physico-chemical analyses, applying internal and external standards, and ensuring quality management within a modern chemical industry environment.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

Im Rahmen deiner Ausbildung lernst Du folgende Bereiche kennen:

Forschung und Entwicklung:
Hier lernst du:

  • den Aufbau von Schmierstoffen kennen und wie diese entwickelt werden.
  • das Herstellen von Schmierstoffen im Labor- und Technikums-Maßstab.
  • wie Schmierstoffe in ihren Eigenschaften optimiert werden können.
  • Versuchsabläufe planen und die notwendige Analytik durchführen und bewerten
  • den sicheren mit chemischen Erzeugnissen

Qualitätssicherung:
Hier lernst du:

  • die Planung und Durchführung von physikalisch-chemischen Analysen, zum Beispiel Elementbestimmungen, Titrationen, Viskositätsbestimmungen.
  • das Anwenden unterschiedlicher Analysemethoden und Geräte inkl. Geräteüberprüfungen und deren Überwachung
  • Anwendung von internen und externen Normen (DIN, ASTM)
  • Qualitätsmanagement in einer modernen Umgebung innerhalb der chemischen Industrie 
  • strukturiertes und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Abitur oder gute Fachhochschulreife
  • Interesse an Chemie, Physik, Mathematik und Technik
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Abstraktes Denkvermögen, Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Selbstständigkeit, sorgfältiges Arbeiten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Geringfügige Reisebereitschaft zum Kennenlernen der FUCHS Welt
  • Führerscheinklasse B von Vorteil
