About the Role

Kosta Browne Winery is looking for talented and passionate Seasonal Cellar Interns to join the team for Harvest 2026. At Kosta Browne we strive to make some of the greatest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the world, while providing a safe, educational, and enjoyable work environment. Kosta Browne has the honor of sourcing fruit from the most highly acclaimed vineyards in California and we take great pride in delivering exceedingly sought-after wines. We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about wine, whose selfless work and dedication will be devoted towards creating an incredibly compelling wine.

 

 What we will ask you to do:

 •  Perform grape receiving and processing activities.

 •  Make additions to musts and wine.

 •  Monitor fermentation.

 •  Perform barrel activities (cleaning, filling, and topping).

 •  Conduct some field sampling.

 •  Drive a forklift.

 •  Perform cap management practices (punch-downs, pump-overs, and foot treading).

 •  Follow sanitation protocols for equipment, tank, and winery.

 

 What you will need:

 •  Must have a positive attitude and be reliable, on-time and engaged.

 •  Ability to work both independently and as a team member.

 •  Ability to understand and comply with all safety requirements.

 •  Effective communication.

 •  Good reading, writing, and math skills.

 •  Ability to lift up to 42lbs.

 •  Ability to work in various temperatures.

 •  Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

 

 What we will provide:

 •  The hourly range for this position is $20 - $23.
