You will also support location-based escalation management at the customer interface and prepare, conduct, and follow up on general contractor rollout meetings.

About the Role

 

Deine Aufgaben:

 

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Team mit deinen Fähigkeiten und Kenntnissen bei folgenden verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeiten: 

 

  • Projektmanagement für standortbezogene Steuerung
  • Terminverfolgung aller Kundenaufträge in der Factory Line
  • Unterstützung des standortbezogenen Eskalationsmanagement in der Kundenschnittstelle 
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von GU-Rollout Meetings

 

 

Deine Skills:

 

Für diese Tätigkeit bist Du eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bachelor oder Master.

Zusätzlich runden folgende Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse dein Profil ab: 

 

  • Organisationstalent

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Gute Kenntnisse in PC-Standardsoftware (z.B. MS Office)
