 What they will be doing:

• Coordinate and introduce automation across the end to end delivery lifecycle, embedding automated measurement and performance visibility throughout.
• Partner with stakeholders to agree standardised processes, controls and measures, ensuring they are structured, machine-readable and automation-ready.
• Translate business needs into clear, automation-ready process requirements to support consistent implementation.
• Partner with the AI/Automation team to implement scalable automation across the end-to-end lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

• Naturally curious about automation and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to enhancing processes, controls and performance visibility
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption of new standards and automation across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and embed structured, scalable improvements, particularly within delivery or operational lifecycles.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate business needs into structured, automation-ready process requirements and performance measures.
