You will join SUEZ EUROPE, who is looking to achieve significant growth in its Water and Waste activities in the countries selected in the Group's strategic roadmap for the medium-term plan. The ambition is strong, but the BU wants to develop its activities notably in the following countries: Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Serbia and potentially Spain. However, we also need to keep a close eye on the market, so that we can potentially develop in other countries in the region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Key Responsibilities
• Be overall responsible for Process Management of the plant, assuring that treatment
plant and its individual process steps are set up correctly and reaches the desired
treatment results.
• Define with SWAS the correct settings/KPIs for plant performance and operation and
implement them.
• Achieve plant performance for process KPI.
• Report process operation and results to “Plant Manager” and to SWAS.
• Instruct and supervise AUH O&M personnel (2-3 persons dedicated to O&M from
client/plant owners side, under Plant Manager) to execute correct process operation.
• Support daily operational follow-up of the NAU wastewater treatment plant
• Participate in process observation and monitoring activities
• Assist with sampling activities according to defined sampling plans
• Support internal analyses and preparation of samples for external laboratories
• Register, structure, and validate operational and analytical data
• Contribute to daily operational documentation and process logs
• Update operational and process-related data in relevant systems and Excel-based
tools
• Support preparation of technical summaries and basic reports to Plant manager and
SWAS
• Assist with maintaining visual process documentation and data overviews
• Support good laboratory practices and general laboratory organization

 

Tasks to Be Carried Out

• Data collection and validation related to plant operation and analyses
• Updating of process and operational documentation
• Participation in test campaigns and data collection activities
• Support inventory tracking of laboratory equipment and test kits
• Assistance with structured handling of samples and laboratory materials
• Contribution to continuous improvement of documentation and data structure

 

 WHICH SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE ?

Skills Required
• Strong interest in wastewater treatment, process engineering, and plant operation
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
• Structured and organized working approach
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to document technical information clearly
• Good communication skills in English (working language)
• Good cooperation skills
Qualifications
• Engineering student or graduate within environmental, chemical, process, or related
fields
• Ability to work independently under supervision
• Willingness to learn and engage in a technical operational environment
• Ability to collaborate in an international and multidisciplinary setting
