Job Description

We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Hyperautomation Implementation Hub team.

This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in understanding and optimizing internal processes while contributing to the development of frameworks for customer communication.

As a part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless automation processes and effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis and improvement of internal processes
  • Help document workflows and identify opportunities for simplification or automation
  • Assist in developing clear and consistent customer communication templates and guidelines
  • Collaborate with different teams to gather feedback and understand business needs
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to learn about process and communication challenges
  • Research best practices in process optimization and customer communication
  • Prepare simple reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Support basic analysis of process-related KPIs

Qualifications

  • Being 2-3 year Student of Computer Science fields 
  • Availability to work min 30 hours per week
  • Basic understanding of IT domain
  • Python scripting skills
  • Strong communication skills both in Polish and English
  • Professional responsibility and reliability
  • Keen on learning
  • Being a team player
