About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analytics Intern who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment analytics, employee data analysis, and HR reporting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze hiring, attrition, and HR pipeline data

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports

  • Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to improve HR decisions

  • Ensure data accuracy across HR trackers and systems

  • Support process improvement initiatives within the HR function


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Strong command of Excel and analytical thinking

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset

  • Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in Power BI (dashboard creation & reporting)

  • Internship Duration: 3 months
