About the role:

As an intern in Innovative Training you will support the Global Training team in providing solutions for power plant personnel in the national and American sector.

 

You will report to the Innovative Training manager and be located at San Sebastián de los Reyes with a hybrid work schedule (remote and in-office). The program duration will be of 6 month, starting in march. Paid internship. Possibility to get course credit.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced training material.

  • Project management support.

  • Content review.

  • Use advanced training tools.

  • Simulation design.

  • Develop functions of both Training and Operation Consulting and Technical Support to electric power generating plants.

 

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree mechanical, electrical or energy.

  • B2 level of English.

Valuable:

  • Experience with digital content creation tools (articulate 360, Plant, PowerPoint and video Scribe).

  • Microsoft 365: teams, planner, yammer.

  • Experience with mechanical or electrical components.

  • Experience in Nuclear Technology.

  • Experience in Digital Environments.

  • Experience in power plants or industrial facilities.
