About Nexi Checkout
Nexi Checkout is Nexi’s eCommerce solution, helping merchants across the DACH and Nordic markets deliver seamless, high-converting payment experiences. Our Product team works closely with commercial stakeholders to continuously deliver value to our merchants. 

We’re looking for a student assistant to support our Product team with clear, engaging product communication. You’ll help translate product performance, roadmap updates, releases, and customer insights into content that keeps internal stakeholders informed, aligned, and excited. You will also support our marketing, partner, and go-to-market teams with content for external merchant communication. 

This role is ideal for a student who enjoys storytelling, structure, and making complex information easy to understand, and who wants hands-on experience working closely with product managers. 

What you’ll work on 

You’ll support the Product team by: 

  • Creating and maintaining internal product communications, including: 
  • Product performance updates 
  • Roadmap and “what’s coming next” overviews 
  • Release notes and “what’s new” summaries 
  • Key insights from product data and customer feedback 
  • Turning inputs from product managers, data, and customer insights into clear, concise narratives 
  • Helping shape presentations, updates, and written content for internal stakeholders (e.g. leadership, commercial teams, tech, support) 
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner team to organize webinars and other content formats for merchants 
  • Ensuring product updates are consistent, easy to follow, and timely 
  • Supporting continuous improvement of how we communicate product value and progress internally 
  • Maintaining and structuring our SharePoint site and product library  

What we’re looking for 

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant study (e.g. business, communication, IT, digital design, product, or similar) 
  • Strong written communication skills. You can explain complex topics simply 
  • Comfortable working with structure: roadmaps, metrics, releases, and timelines 
  • Curious about products, users, and data 
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders 
  • Bonus (nice to have, not required): 
    • Experience with presentations, internal newsletters, Confluence/SharePoint, or similar tools 
    • Interest in product management or analytics
