Job Description

Treasury Back Office is one of the core functionalities in Group Treasury, ensuring that all financial (Treasury) transactions are complete, correct and accurate. The Treasury Back Office checks, verifies, and authorizes financial transactions of the Group Treasury in the Treasury Management System (TMS), maintains static data and provides counterparties with contracts, confirmations and statements. Treasury Back Office also manages access to various e-banking platforms and other Treasury systems. Additionally, the Treasury Back Office contributes to Group Treasury projects that continuously improve processes, reports, systems and interfaces.

The Treasury Back Office Intern role (60-100% - 12 months) is the first step into the Treasury department of a multinational corporation. The Intern will gain professional experience in the Group Treasury team by supporting Treasury systems administration, contract management and Treasury transactions processing.

Qualifications

  • Student of Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Initial work experience / internship in a Finance department an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Treasury Management Systems (FIS Integrity) an advantage
  • Ability to create interactive reports and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) an advantage
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries an advantage
  • Interest in Treasury
