About the Role

Passero Associates’ Charlotte, NC office has exciting paid Architecture Co-op/ Intern opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects including aviation, institutional, commercial, municipal, and multi-family residential. Gain professional experience toward a career in Architecture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in a team environment to help deliver Architectural design projects
  • Modeling design and construction drawings and details
  • Possible field work, measured drawings, site inspections, and construction field visits

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Architecture or related field 
  • Available Spring/ Summer 2026
  • Introductory experience with Revit, Photoshop, and other rendering software preferred
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Team player; able to contribute to a positive work culture
  • Strong work ethic; focused on quality deliverables and exceptional client service 
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
