Material Masterdata Intern

Material Master Data Internship (6 months) 

Material Master Data Intern would be part of a team, in charge of code creation process and ticket/incidence resolution of master data for Coty worldwide on a global SAP platform. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

You would be responsible for ensuring that the Material Master Data is created on time and accurate as per briefing from Marketing/Initiative Leader. You are following the Global Data Standards provided by our Data Governance Team and contributing to adjust them to changing needs. As Coty’s growth builds on constant new product developments, this position plays a key role delivering “Data Readiness” during different stages of the Innovation and leading the work across.  

Your main focus:  

• Provide clear and accurate insights into the product creation cycle and related data to support internal stakeholders. 

• Act as a liaison between departments involved in Master Data, ensuring timely and structured follow-up. 

• Communicate internal customer issues clearly and effectively, aligning responses with business needs and prioritizing resolution 

• Share findings in a clear and structured manner to enable teams to act quickly, reduce repeated issues, and improve process efficiency.

Other than that, you: 

• Bachelor’s degree or last years (Technical degrees, BA and/or similar academic background). 

• Good technical skills in Excel. Knowledge in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic will be considered. 

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) mentality, with ability to propose and deliver improvements. 

• Team Player mindset. 

• Strong sense of individual accountability – personal drive to improve and passionate ownership of performance. 

• Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge the current process / system to deliver improved results. 

• Good English level and communication skills.
