Within Group Risk Management, you will join the Group Information Risk Management team as Information Risk analyst.

 

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the information risk monthly incidents reporting and support analysis of lessons learnt by data / facts gathering.
  • Support the Information Risk Dashboard (AXA Group reporting of risks, notably including information systems, cyber and vendor risks), collaborating with multiple departments and/or entities all around the world:
    • Quarterly analyze Key Risk Indicators and associated data (action plans…);
    • Propose findings to support presentations to the risk committees.
  • Perform global studies, notably on geopolitical and strategic topics.
  • Deepdive on weak or advanced signals through academic research and adhoc data collection.Actively contribute to the continuous evolution and optimization initiatives of the AXA risk management framework;
  • Support the animation of the Information Risk Management Community ensuring information and decision are shared, increasing awareness in our global community, and supporting events organization if need be.

 

YOUR PROFILE

Education: Master degree in Corporate Security / Defense or Strategic studies, Cybersecurity or Information Systems field 

 

Technical and professional skills:

  • Analytics ability
  • Project management skills
  • Understanding of information risk, international relations and geopolitics, security
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • PowerBI, Excel

Communication skills:

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good written and oral level in English
  • Rigorous
  • Proactive
  • Mindful of data classification and enhanced security practices

Experience:

  • Preferable internship experience, including risk management and/or security and/or international relations experience. preferably in Financial Services industry
  • Experience in producing briefs and reporting
  • Experience in managing relationships
