Get to Know Your Team: 

  • Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Medical Assistants in basic tasks such as rooming patients, taking vital signs, answering messages, and contacting patients. 
  • Assist providers as needed in procedures and patient care.
  • Assist Social Workers and Care Managers with patient outreach.
  • Attend clinic meetings. 
  • The summer internship is a 10-week program in the months of May-August. 
  • Interns will be expected to work 20/hours per week and will coordinate their schedule with their supervisor. 

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Enrolled at least half-time in an accredited community college, college, or university as an undergraduate or graduate student.
    • OR be a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program and be applying for medical school in the corresponding year.
