Job title: Stagiaire / Intern for our Tenders Technical-Products Documents Management 

Main activities

  • Analysis and reporting activities that refer to the energy consumption of our professional cleaning equipment (products, machines, accessorizes);

  • Check, review and update tender specifications and technical requirements;

  • Equipment needs’ analysis;

  • Ensure through our offer / documentation what every tender request; 

  • Support for tender office requests and equipment pricing/quotation cooperating with our internal colleagues (Supply Chain, Service, Product & Marketing, F&A, IT & Processes etc.);

  • Eventual additional tasks could be assigned by the tutor. 

 

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering.

 

Previous professional experience: 

Preferably to have completed 6 months through an internship (stage) in similar roles by handling tenders / sales quotations and related back-office administration activities. 

 

Requirements: 

● Very good use of MS Office applications and preferably Google Suite;

● Proficient in Excel;

● Digital skills (A. I.  use);

● Good in English knowledge and use (min B2); 

● Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills; 

● Relational, interpersonal and collaborative skills; 

● Communication and presentation skills; 

● Pragmatic person that shows proactivity and assertiveness; 

● Learning speed and listing skills;

● Problem solving approach.
