Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting the Inbound Preference Management process by processing declarations (requesting documents from suppliers, distributing documents, checking document validity, matching declarations with requests, scanning documents, and preparing them for archiving)
  • Assisting Outbound Preference Management in issuing long-term supplier declarations and controlling the status of preference changes
  • Contributing the Commercial Origin process, including preparing IHK declarations for approval, monitoring origin-related master data in SAP-ERP and SAP-GTS, and reporting data
  • Preparing and participating in operational meetings
  • Performing other ad hoc Customs administration tasks
  • Supporting the Corporate Customs Europe team with origin-related analyses and projects

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Foreign Trade, Customs, or International Business or related fields (preferably in the final 2 years of Master’s studies)
  • Fluency in Polish, with a minimum of C1 level proficiency
  • Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to explore new tools and applications, such as MS Access, Teams, and SAP/SAP-GTS
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a willingness to share knowledge and support others
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and a strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change with a solution-oriented approach
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in gaining professional experience in an international company
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Knowledge of the German language is a plus
