About the Role

Description


Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting and provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in talent acquisition within a professional environment.


What You’ll Do:

• Assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks such as LinkedIn 

• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements 

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers 

• Post and maintain job listings across various recruitment platforms 

• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire materials and coordinating logistics 

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records 

• Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and campus outreach initiatives 

• Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting team as needed.
