The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

  • Manufacturing Operations Excellence
    • Learn Cell Therapy Manufacturing processes and GMP concepts.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve manufacturing operations to streamline batch execution and release.
  • Deviation Root Cause Knowledge Base
    • Aid in the initiation and closure of manufacturing deviations.
    • Categorize historical deviations by root cause theme.
    • Build searchable knowledge library and trend visuals.
    • Recommend targeted preventative actions.

Skills and Experience We Look For

  • Our ideal candidate has a genuine interest in learning about cell therapy manufacturing and solving complex problems.
  • Enrolled in a full-time 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Biology or relevant field.
