About the Role

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $29.50 - $35.50 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

 

The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

As a Software Development Intern a typical week might include: 

  • Collaborating with your team on AI-assisted code conversion to support our future systems and AI-assisted document-video conversion [Tags: AI code generation, AI video generation] 
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and presenting your ideas 
  • Supporting R&D with data analysis, research, or process improvements 
  • Attending intern-exclusive workshops, networking events, and leadership panels 
  • Receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager 

 

Who You’ll Work With 

The Graduate Software Development Intern will report to a Director, Technical Product Management and collaborate closely with Research and Development. You’ll also connect with interns across NAM through our intern community and events. 

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Currently pursuing a Graduate degree in Computer Science/AI 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn 
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, or technology is a plus! 
  • Ability to work in the Foxboro, MA office for the duration of the internship
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
